Types of Rooms and Accommodation

Hostel Teracite offers several categories of studios adapted to all needs:

• Studio with garden view
• Studio with terrace
• Apartment for 5 adults

All types of accommodation are equipped with modern amenities: a fully equipped kitchenette, a large terrace, Wi-Fi, television, a private bathroom, air conditioning, quality bedding and a safe.

Conditions for Each Rate Type

Standard Rate

• Payment: payment is made on site upon arrival or guaranteed by bank card.
• Cancellation: free of charge with written notice up to 5 days before the arrival date.

Children Policy

Hostel Teracite is pleased to welcome families:

• Children up to 6 years old – free of charge
• Children aged 7 to 11 – 50% discount
• Children aged 12 and above – full price applies

Additional Person

• 10.20 € / 19.95 BGN per additional person in a room without breakfast
• 19.40 € / 37.92 BGN per additional person in a room with breakfast

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 12:00 PM

Any request for late check-in or late check-out must be communicated in advance and is subject to availability.

Parking Policy

Free parking is available to all our guests.

An electric vehicle charging station is also available on site and can be used through the relevant application.

Pool Rules

Important Information for Visitors

Opening hours: every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Pool depth: 1.30 m
• Babies are not allowed in the pool.
• The pool is not supervised. Its use is entirely at the visitors’ own responsibility.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving and jumping into the pool are prohibited.
• European emergency number: 112

Our Beach

Our guests may use the sun loungers and umbrellas on our private beach free of charge.
